Can Collet Vell is a beautiful converted house situated in a peaceful countryside just at 15´minutes drive to the old town of Pollensa. These are fantastic contemporary apartments in a lovely brand new complex in the quiet residential area of Cala San Vicente. There are just eight apartments, all brand new and all are in two levels. All the apartments have sea view except one, they also have three bedrooms which can be either twins or doubles that can share bathrooms or have its en suite ones. The apartments also share a lovely swimming pool. The apartments are full or modern design, bright and with white spotlighting, and modern furniture in neutral trendy colours. The rooms are all light and bright; most of them have wardrobes and are air conditioned. The leaving areas are most open with well planned kitchens with lots of workspaces and storages and with appliances such as dishwashers, washing machines, microwaves, ceramic hobs and large fridge freezers. Finca Rafal Antic is set in a very tiny hamlet with just four houses and enjoys complete privacy combined with total seclusion and serene calm. Casa Medina is an amazing modern villa built in two levels. It is near the sea and has a modern design. Very well located, it is only 325 metres from the sandy coves of Cala Barques and Cala Molins, lovely coves with turquoise crystal clear water ideal for those who loves snorkelling and diving. The villa is beautiful presented throughout, with high quality furnishings and fittings. Approached via some exterior stairs, the main door is situated under the front covered terrace that gives access to the hallway which distributes the house. To the left of the hallway there is a large dining room with beautiful furnishings, as a solid wooden table and white leather chairs. Villa Soleada is a high quality countryside villa situated just off the road from Sa Pobla to Pollensa and just a few minutes drive to the Pollensa golf club. It is surrounded by high trees, pines, palms, hibiscus and many other Mediterranean plants. It has a fantastic unusual large swimming pool featuring a bridge crossing to the central island.
