Villa March has a good location near the beaches of Cala San Vicente, a quiet and relaxed resort just a few minutes drive to Pollensa old town. This simple three storey villa is cool and traditionally Majorcan. The lounge dining room has a dining table, two sofas and a stone fireplace. Double French doors lead out onto the front covered terrace which has steps down to the garden and swimming pool area. There is also a satellite TV and a DVD player. The kitchen has appliances including microwave, fridge freezer, gas hob and en electric oven and features practical wooden units, traditional Majorcan tiles and a walk in pantry. A corridor gives us access to some of the bedroom, these comprises of two twin bedrooms both sharing a full bathroom. A few steps lead up to a double bedroom with a small balcony and a separate full bathroom and a few steps down are taking us to the lower level of this house where there is a twin bedroom and a shower room. There is also access to the garage where the washing machine is placed. The covered terrace with exterior furniture makes this the ideal spot for outdoor dining or relaxing. A brick barbeque by the swimming pool complete this wonderful traditional villa. With just a short stroll to the beaches of Cala Barques and Cala Molins this villa offers peace and tranquility and it is ideal for those who do not feel to hire a car although a car is always recommended. Casa Medina is an amazing modern villa built in two levels. It is near the sea and has a modern design. Very well located, it is only 325 metres from the sandy coves of Cala Barques and Cala Molins, lovely coves with turquoise crystal clear water ideal for those who loves snorkelling and diving. The villa is beautiful presented throughout, with high quality furnishings and fittings. Approached via some exterior stairs, the main door is situated under the front covered terrace that gives access to the hallway which distributes the house. To the left of the hallway there is a large dining room with beautiful furnishings, as a solid wooden table and white leather chairs. Next to the dining room there is a bright and spacious lounge with big glass windows pannels that offers nice views with the view of the sea on the distance; the lounge has three large comfortable sofas, air conditioning, flat screen TV, DVD player and Satellite with both English and German channels. To the other side of the dining room there is a modern fitted kitchen fully equipped with ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and a large fridge/freezer. There is also a top glass table and leather chairs to use during breakfast time and lots of storage space. The kitchen has also access direct to the swimming pool area and terraces, as well as air conditioning. To the right of the hallway there is access to the sleeping area. On this side, there is also a guests cloak bathroom for your convenience. Two of the bedrooms are located on the main level. The bedrooms comprises of two twins and two double (one twin and one double in the lower floor of the house, and also one twin and a one double in the upper floor of the house). All the bedrooms have new linen and are painted in different colours. They all have their own en suite modern bathrooms (one of them has a full bath, whilst the rest have shower units). All the rooms in the house have air-conditioning / heating units, so that you can enjoy your stay during the summer as well as during the early spring / autumn holidays. Botana is a popular complex of twelve semi-detached villas in the resort of Cala San Vicente, conveniently situated within just a short stroll to the sandy coves and resort amenities.
