Villa Boi is in an ideal location, tucked away at the base of the Tramontana mountain range yet only a few minutes from Pollensa old town and a short drive to the beaches of Port Pollensa and Cala San Vicente.

The lounge dining area has doors which open onto the covered front terrace, which is an ideal place for dining al fresco. Off the dining area is the lovely fitted kitchen with doors opening onto the front and the side terrace where the laundry room is located. A lovely double bedroom and a nice shower room complete the lower floor of this property.

Upstairs, one double and one twin are sharing a beautiful and spacious full bathroom with a corner bath. There is also a terrace which has lovely views to the Serra de Tramontana mountain range.

Outside, the lovely terraces and the small lawn area are wonderful for children to play or to simply relax under the shade of the palm trees.

Villa Pobles is one of the finest villas of our product. This luxurious house is approached via a country lane meandering through the countryside until you reach the iron gates opening to the private drive leading to this magnificent new top quality villa. This exclusive villa is full of character and has many interesting features and luxurious rooms and bathrooms. Added to this is the beautiful swimming pool area surrounded by well maintained gardens and stunning views to the countryside.

Impressively furnished to the very high standards, this villa offers top quality. From the solid oak front door opens into the large entrance hall with stone floor tiles and further into a huge living/dining room. Exquisitely furnished, the villa has comfortable sofas, satellite, a large flat screen TV, DVD player and a fantastic iron and marble fireplace. There is a fully fitted ultra modern kitchen with American style fridge/freezer with ice maker, an electric oven, microwave, steam oven, expresso fitted coffee maker, dishwasher and a breakfast table with seating. From the lounge dinning plenty of French windows are opening onto a fantastic terrace with lovely views to the swimming pool and garden area. Off the hall, there is a double bedroom with an en suite shower room and a further WC toilette.

From the hallway stairs leads up to the galleried landing area. Can Noble is semidetached and shares a driveway with the owner who lives next door. It is set in attractive grounds with sun terracing near the house adjoining the lovely pool. The pool is not shared, is private and exclusive for this house. The interior has a Majorcan farmhouse feel with dark wood and antique furnishings. Accommodation is on two floors, downstairs is unusual with a canopied courtyard separating the kitchen from the main house. Specially liked is the house, full of charm and character pretty, richly stocked gardens.
