3 Villa Boi is in an ideal location, tucked away at the base of the Tramontana mountain range yet only a few minutes from Pollensa old town and a short drive to the beaches of Port Pollensa and Cala San Vicente. The lounge dining area has doors which open onto the covered front terrace, which is an ideal place for dining al fresco. Off the dining area is the lovely fitted kitchen with doors opening onto the front and the side terrace where the laundry room is located. A lovely double bedroom and a nice shower room complete the lower floor of this property. Upstairs, one double and one twin are sharing a beautiful and spacious full bathroom with a corner bath. There is also a terrace which has lovely views to the Serra de Tramontana mountain range. Outside, the lovely terraces and the small lawn area are wonderful for children to play or to simply relax under the shade of the palm trees. This newly built countryside house enjoys space and tranquillity in the farming town of Sa Pobla which is just a few minutes drive to the nearest supermarket and a nine kilometres from the popular beach of Puert de Alcudia. A private palm lined driveway leads up to the front of the villa which opens into a spacious air conditioned lounge dinning area with open sided steps leading up to an extra open twin bedroom. To the left a corridor gives access to the bedrooms which consists of three twins all with its en suite bathrooms. The kitchen adjoins the lounge dinning and has French doors opening onto a great covered terrace which overlooks the fantastic crystal clear water swimming pool. The terrace is completed with exterior furniture and a large dining table ideal for a delightful al fresco meals. The swimming pool has a built in whirlpool at one end. There is also a shaded built in barbecue for those who loves cooking al fresco during the warm evenings of the summer. The lounge is totally equipped with satellite TV and DVD player, whilst the kitchen has all the equipment necessary in a self catering house such as microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven and a gas top cooker. 5 Finca Ca Na Bassera is an historic house from the XV century, it is situated between Port Alcudia and Sa Pobla town very close to the well known local Natural Park of S´albufera. The house has been renovated into a lovely holiday home, is full of space, light and comfortable. It has fantastic views across the country, it is ideal for those who wish to have a relaxing holiday away from the busy resorts. The house is on two levels with large and airy rooms, white walls and a good combination of different styles of décor. The main entrance opens into the large dining area which has a large solid wooden table with plenty of seats for 12 people. Two steps are giving access to the large lounge area with high beamed ceilings, it has plenty of sofas and comfortable easy chairs, a real place for total relaxation. From the dining area a few steps are going down to a large double bedroom with an antic bed, this room has been converted from stables to a bedroom and has access to the exterior of the house. It has an en suite bathroom which has a fantastic and unusual stone bath. To the right of the main entrance there is a door that access to the well equipped fitted kitchen with all the modern appliances that are needed in a self catering property. It has a ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and a washing machine as well as kitchen utensils. An arch way gives us access to the rest of the sleeping area, there is one large shower room with a stone rock as a natural feature. A stair case leads up to the upper floor where the rest of the bedrooms are located, all are decorated differently but keeping the mixture of art deco, antics and modern furnishings. These comprises of one twin bedroom with two antics beds, a further twin bedroom with two canopy beds , another bedroom which is double and has an en suite bathroom with half bath, a further twin bedroom which has one single bed with a canopy both bedrooms are sharing a separate full large bathroom. It features very beautiful views, since the customer can not only delight his eyes with the stunning presence of the Puig de Maria, but also dominate the town of Pollensa.
