Located in the residential area of Siller, this little rustic villa stands by the foot of the mountains, thankfully away from any noise. Within walking distance of the shops, bars and restaurants of Puerto Pollensa and only one and half kilometers from the town´s long golden beach. A traditionally decorated self-catering villa in beautiful well maintained grass garden with swimming pool, big terrace and a built-in barbecue for dining al fresco, all surrounded by fruit trees. Overlooking the pool, a shady furnished veranda runs across the whole of the front of the house, leading through a door into a modern fully fitted kitchen with an adjoining utility room with a washing machine. Up a step from the kitchen is a wood-beamed lounge/diner where there´s a small bathroom tucked under the stairs that lead up to the mezzanine area: the open bedroom, which is surrounded by a wooden banister and furnished with a double and a single bed and a wardrobe.
