Villa Soleada is a high quality countryside villa situated just off the road from Sa Pobla to Pollensa and just a few minutes drive to the Pollensa golf club. It is surrounded by high trees, pines, palms, hibiscus and many other Mediterranean plants. It has a fantastic unusual large swimming pool featuring a bridge crossing to the central island.
Inside, the house is comfortable and welcoming. It is decorated in Majorcan style with terracotta tiled floor, white stone walls, and honey colour furnishings. The main door takes to the small but cosy lounge living area with satellite TV and DVD player. A door gives access to the bedroom which has a double bed and a brand new shower room en suite. From the lounge another door leads onto the large fitted kitchen with a breakfast table and chairs. From the kitchen there is access to the lovely and well furnished dining room. At the back of the kitchen there is a further twin bedroom and a full separate bathroom.
A stairs gives us access up to the upper floor where the rest of the bedrooms are located: of one twin and one double, both sharing a full bathroom. Both bedrooms have private terraces with magnificent views to the golf club, mountains and the Pollensa bay in the distance.
Outside there is a lovely and spacious annex house with sofas, a small fitted kitchen with an electric hob, electric oven and a fridge. Just behind this little casita, there is a fantastic built in barbecue ideal for those who love cooking al fresco.
The garden is full of colourful flowers and shrubs, cacti, ferns and palms, all surrounded by high hedges and trees. There are lovely views from here across and the sea.
